At ShopTheAddison, we want you to love your home decor, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the home goods you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
